Enter data in the two left fields in the following format.
   Counter is the number counter your plan to use.
   Time Left is the time remaining on the tape in minutes.  Most VCR tapes are not exactly 4 hours long.  Measure how long your tapes generally are (tape a channel with a continuous clock) and subtract elapsed time from total time for time remaining.
   The card does a polynomial curve fit and puts the coefficients in the field below where they are accessed by the program.
